For decades now I have worked closely with communities and organisations of all kinds to communicate who they are and celebrate what they do in the most beautiful way I can.
Sharing our struggles, our victories, and our truth takes us all deeper into understanding and connection.

Many are personal stories that people have shared within the context of community focussed arts projects. Becoming a shared & trusted custodian of their stories is a great privilege.
I've taught filmmaking skills and mentored people of all ages & backgrounds across Tasmania to help them make their own films.
My Story
I'm currently shooting, editing & producing mostly documentary films. I worked in a variety of professional crew roles in the film industry in Sydney back in the 80's alongside making music videos during those crazy days...
My career as a professional artist includes as the founding Artistic Director of Kickstart Arts & Scriptworks, as a playwright, dramaturg, community artist, digital art maker & creative producer in a variety of art forms.
I continue to be fascinated in the art & craft of story, and the role story has in making meaning.
Stories expressed through the moving image, through colour, composition, rhythm, collision & connection through editing, music and sound have the unique ability to move us in a sensual, visceral, emotional and intellectual way all at once.
